Totally agree. I felt the same way on the 3x3 for ACr PR as well. I don't mind Y on an AE narrowbody in the preferred seating when someone's next to me. Because i'm skinny, the wider seats on AC J narrowbody birds isn't that big of a deal for me.
The main downside is that i'll have to buy a meal at the airport first. No biggie.
