We always complain about stuff and compliment ourselves on how knowledgeable we are about everything related to BA. Lets put this collective brilliance to work for our BA website reps.

Without going into a rant, try to succinctly formulate a functionality you would like to see added to ba.com that might actually generate more revenue for BA.

Idea 1:
Inspired by the day trip thread I realised that as an EU member I would like to see a 'BA weekend trip search' from my home airport to other places than just London.

Idea 2:
I sometimes used the (no longer existing) KLM 'last minute weekend offers' (or something like it) where on Thursday they sold the spare seats they had left on Friday (return Sunday) for a nice discount. Would be nice for BA to offer something similar, even if it would be with reduced (or non existent) TPs/Avios.

Idea 3:
Not applicable to me, but BA Family Holidays. Guaranteed adjoining seats (in any class) for free when booked 3 months in advance. Special kids package for inflight. Use your Avios for entrance to entertainment (parks/etc) at several destinations. Some deal with Avis for free car seats.
