You're very welcome to this community of frequent travelers, but some of us will not hide the truth and refrain from disillusioning you of some ideas you seem to have - please, do not take these comments personally. We're here to share, and want people to fly comfortably - ourselves, sure, but other members as well.
I've been flying since the 1940s, fly 100,000 miles annually and can assure you such passengers are rarely - extremely rarely - upgraded merely based on their condition.
There are bulkhead and other seats the airline marks for preferential assignment for passengers with disabilities or other conditions, and as far as they are concerned, that pretty much fulfills any responsibility to travelers with special needs.
An operational upgrade for pregnancy would be as likely as an opportunity to scuba dive at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. The airline would abhor embarking on such a slippery slope.
I really recommend you study the seat charts in coach (the US Airways pre-consolidation forum has threads on the A330, SeatGuru has some information, etc.) and try to select seats that will provide the best comfort, because without payment of some kind you're pretty much guaranteed to be flying in the coach cabin - and the longer you wait, the less likely it will be you can secure those seats.
You may well have to pay a fee to select those seats. You can wait until October 17 or later, when the flights all transition to AA control, and call the disability services desk for assistance in selecting seats.
