it says you do get an additional bag on any LAN flight. Also it shows no preferred seats for Sapphire.
If you look at that chart, yes. But it's confusing, because to the left of the oneworld equivalents it says:
For more information on these categories, go to the oneworld website.
And if you click that link, you get to a page which shows contrary information, saying that "Access to preferred or pre-reserved seating*" is avialable to Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. But that "*" footnote is:
(*) Preferred and pre-reserved seating offered in line with the individual policy of the oneworld member airline operating the flight.
Meanwhile, on the original page you linked, is claims that Preferred seats are "New". So is this a change in policy? I thought that back when they weren't called Preferred, that OW Sapphire could reserve exit rows?
