Now that JFK uses the self-serve kiosks at immigration, wait times are down dramatically even if you land alongside other flights. I somehow always get the dreaded 'X' on my printout but even then I've never taken more than 20mins to get to baggage claim. 4 trips on SQ25 to JFK so far this year.
