I fares ex UK tend to have zero flexibility, whereas ex-EU is usually flexible for a hefty fee (had anything from EUR 250 up to EUR 750 + fare difference).

All those I fares frequently come up with upgrade offers in MMB, which is only cabin, not flexibility.
