Be aware that almost all (if not all) intra-European business class is that way. Economy seats with the middle seat blocked (and not even that on some airlines, where all you get is a seat up front with a different meal than the back).
IIRC not on SU flights within Europe.
To return to the question in the thread title, so much depends on the aircraft types and routes (for lounges and other amenities like F&B on board in that catering can be route dependent).
