Better than that; the BKK and HKG trips are separate and months apart. This is him following up on his BKK complaint because he got an email saying they couldn't reach him to discuss. So that means he has to drop everything and CALL NOW!

He mentions that he's billing BA £5 for every call or email and that he's up to £780 by now? By my calculation that means he's called or emailed about 156 times???

If he's still that steamed now, he must have been a joy to sit next to while stuck in a winged metal tube for 9 hours...
