I suspect this chap set up the conversation purposely to try to get traffic to his "agency" website. I hope I never have to be in the same airport as him. He appears to me to be an obnoxious chancer out to gain webclicks.
It's certainly an interesting site. I am not aware of any other where I can hire a PJ, a Ferrari and get a $60k job in Iraq to pay for them.

Also if you looks closely, he implies that his "company" provides John Travolta's plane.
