I suspect this chap set up the conversation purposely to try to get traffic to his "agency" website. I hope I never have to be in the same airport as him. He appears to me to be an obnoxious chancer out to gain webclicks.
Is this website the guy's business? It's a strange mixture of luxury jets/cars, a trip report, jobs in Iraq, security guards in Iraq (are these the jobs or do they protect the people who take the jobs?), and lots of very amusing information about how to get upgraded, including if something at your seat just happens (my words) to get broken.
