I have had a seatmate on LHR-YVR that was connecting to NRT, but you have to imagine that Europe to Asia (or vice versa) via YVR is very rare since it's a massively sub optimal route. Asia-USA would have to be 99% of it. Europe-USA seems illogical since (1) YVR has few departures to Europe and (2) from anywhere in the US it'd be much easier to connect in any of the half dozen eastern USA hubs.
