How would they be in any worse shape in Y than on a refurbished 777 or new 787 (or worse in domestic J than PE rouge)?

737 on YYZ-DUB would certainly be an interesting solution for the shoulder season. I'd expect they'd want more lift during peak summer season.

YYZ-LGW is probably no problem, though tech stops would be frequent on the homeward journey.
