More interesting will be the catering. I can't see the teams' nutritionist/dietician allowing regular high fat/high salt/high processed Gate Gourmet crud to pass the lips of the multimillion dollar player assets. I wonder what menus will be used and how the catering will be set up.
Not sure what they do for the NHL teams, but AC will develop custom menus for its Jetz clients - it's not just pass around the regular J meal.
