Totally agree - UA will monetize whatever it can and the analysts will love it - until their customers give up on them - then the real stuff will hit the fan - and all the brilliant analysts will suddenly turn on UA and lament that they "lost focus on the customer" lol and should invest in more customer focused airlines - like DL....

I'll bet anyone here $100 each that Hunter will use that phrase in the next 12 months - the dismissal of SMI, J. gives him the perfect out....
