Not sure when you registered, the permanent one is usually shipped by Amex 5-10 days after you successfully register online with the info of the activated temporary Redbird. A few people report getting it outside of those parameters (sooner or later), I got all 3 of mine (one on my name, the other two on fam names) in 8-9 days, but that was many months ago.
