IME, yes if you are not logged in to BAEC when you retrieve the booking (or if you're trying to look at the API of another passenger when you're logged in yourself and therefore by definition they are not).
Of course, you don't need to access this when you OLCI, so unless you need to change it there's often no need to investigate any of this once the information is in.
