A password protected zip file in Dropbox would probably be the easiest way do it.

Personally I use KeePass (http://keepass.info/) which is an open source utility that keeps sensitive info in an encrypted file. I store all my passwords/important details in there and sync the encrypted file from my PC to my laptop and iPhone using dropbox. Then I always have access to it on or off line.
