Yea, I do see premium economy flex option, although with my routes (TAO-HKG-LAX), it only shows W class and the fare would be nearly 5x compared to E... I remember during past dummy bookings, saw E-outbound and R-inbound, the fare was only 100usd higher. It'd be a good deal if RT R were only a few hundred bucks more than E.
