Pardon a N00b question... Is there a function to fix the booking class when getting fare quotes from CX online? Say, fix class to be R (in PEY)?

I am interested to book an PEY R class (upgradable) but cathaypacific.com only shows me the E class fare (non-upgradable).

I guess if not, then the only way would be to call there hotline for specific booking class?
