Thanks for providing this valuable information on tipping at the breakfast restaurants. As a European and not used to tipping (only when in the Americas) I'm often not sure how to tip appropriately. I didn't realise that you don't apply the usual 15%-20% at (selfservice) breakfast buffets - which actually makes sense when reading it now.

I suppose some could be from Europe or from other countries where tipping is not customary. Most Europeans would assume that if you get a voucher to "pay" fpr the breakfast the voucher will cover everything.
