I just had a similar issue and they were able to help me. I called the gift card department directly (866.784.0540). They were able to provide the amount, date, and location number for each transaction. One transaction was suspicious and so they transferred me to guest relations to dispute. Guest relations was able to identify the property where the card was used based on the location number.

So I would definitely call back and try again!
