My BA Gold status runs out in Nov, and I'm struggling to get the 1500 points. I'll probably be less than 300 short. I assume I won't have any grace (except for the 2 week extension which I may ask for) from BA if I don't reach at least 1500 TPs, so I'm trying to make sure I have every TP I can get.

I recently flew from LHR - JFK round trip, booked economy on the way out, WT+ on the way back. The flight out was on AA, back was BA. I recevied free upgrades both ways to CW. I received 20 TPs for the flight out, but 90 for the way back to LHR on BA. Is this correct? Should I be receiving TPs for upgraded cabins? How does it work when flying to two different airlines as code shares?

In addition, that same trip I flew from LGA - MIA, MIA - LIR and back. (4 total flights) I received the following tier points: (flights from above example included)

Does this make sense? I received 10 TPs each flight on the way down to Costa Rica, and only 5 TPs on the way back? I made these bookings through AA, and in a single RT booking on March 26th, 2015.
