Outdated partner segment showing in PNR but not on e-ticket after booking chang

Hi All,

(First post here, but I've been lurking for a while)

I booked an open-jaw trip, originally via expedia, but ticketed by United as follows:
SEA-IAD-ZRH all on United (already flown)
AAR-CPH-YYZ-SEA - 2 segments on LH flight numbers (operated by an SAS subsidiary + AC), 1 segment on an AC flight number - during September.

After flying the outward journey (SEA to ZRH) I decided to change the "return" journey to
ZRH-EWR-ORD-SEA (during November)

The online change (via united.com) seemed to work - however when I look at my booking online I now see:
YYZ-SEA in September, on AC (i.e. the final segment of my original booking - which should have been deleted)
ZRH-EWR-ORD-SEA in November (the expected new/rebooked itinerary)

The receipt AND the e-ticket do however show the expected flights (i.e. SEA-IAD-ZRH + ZRH-EWR-ORD-SEA) - I did have to request that the e-ticket be emailed via united.com though.

I've also checked the e-ticket numbers on Saudia, and everything looks good (original ticket number shows Exch/Reissued for the AAR-CPH-YYZ-SEA segments, the new ticket number shows just ZRH-EWR-ORD-SEA, all confirmed).

I tried contacting united via their website, the web support agent who responded didn't seem to understand me and just stated here's your itinerary (with the same erronous YYZ-SEA segment as on united.com being shown) - clearly a dead-end.

Should I be at all worried about this erronous segment being shown? The e-tickets are fine, but will "no-showing" the segment that shouldn't exist result in the itinerary being cancelled? I'm guessing the problem was caused because this erronous segment is on AC (the other two cancelled segments were LH flight numbers - albeit neither operated by LH) - but if the communication between UA and AC doesn't work, then missing the (presumably unticketed) segment shouldn't cause issues either?

(I'd rather not bother calling UA this week since I've got a ton of other things going on - the erronous segment is supposed to be this weekend - I guess that IF my itinerary gets cancelled I can always call later to get it reinstated, seeing as the new return isn't until November anyways? Being in Europe might make it harder to actually call at a time that a US based agent is even able to help me?)

Thanks for any help!

// Edit: in case it's of any relevance, I'm a freshly minted premier silver (due to hit gold by the end of the year if things go to plan) - that might make getting help from united a bit simpler?
