Recently, the only Delta Skymiles was with Capital One in Canada and it was discontinued. (it earned 2 miles per every dollar spending)

But recently I was targeted with a survey (I'm DL DM) and it asked about satisfaction with the Skymiles program and very specifically, down to every Diamond choice benefit.

And it also asked for a comparison between AMEX/RBC credit cards and who I did my personal banking with in Canada.

I hope that's a sign that Delta is thinking of reentering the Canadian market but with AMEX this time!
