Not sure what you were looking for.

1) Noon check in isn't guaranteed for any elite level. They should have responded.

2) Regarding your upgrade request, Marriott Reservations requests them. I often see them processed in advance. Are you asking for a guaranteed upgrade in advance? You likely need to contact the property.

I have used Customer Care several times resolving problems with stays. Fixed everyone.
