A number of the UK Hilton hotels have what are known as "Living Well" health clubs/spas.

I think it is some form of a chain over there. I have no idea how they are, as I am not that type of guy. Check them out on the Hilton website.

I do think that outsiders can use them as they also are health clubs, but they are supposed to be better than the "run of the mill" clubs.
