I had an already tight connection to last flight of the night reduced to a 10 min sprint through IAH due to a delayed inbound. Purchased food on plane.

Go to united.com/inflightreceipts, put in all my info and ... NOTHING.

Meanwhile, 3 separate charges show up on my credit card (food, snack, drink). Emailed customer service as told to by the inflightreceipts site, and they say "This is a known issue. We are working on it. Please send the 16 digit '016' number attached to the transactions and we'll send you your receipts."

What?

You know your system doesn't work, but still get rid of the paper receipts. I'm another of those who needs all receipts to be reimbursed. Huge pain for me. Ugh.
