I cannot confirm its the same as on the A330-200 but Ii would exspect so.
On the A332 I know for sure that seats A and J have the boxes (B and H dont).
Seatguru claims (for the A332) that D, F and G also have the box (E doesnt), I cant confirm.

I'd personaly go for B or H, mainly because of the box but I also prefer aisle seats.
