I would say this:

There is strong evidence that Ozstamps created multiple usernames and then used them to berate others, back up his own comments and in general piss many people off big time.

I would also say:

It is the closest this board has come to imploding and I argue that the spirit of the board has been forever downgraded. Some left and many others visit far less. Some only visit thier airline specific forums now...disillusioned with the other topics on Flyertalk.

If you look at each one of your posts...it says in small letters "IP logged". IMO this is a direct result of all that entailed the 'multiple username fiasco'. Also, these times spawned a whole new set of multiple usernames by others, in retaliation (though this was in no way a new phenomenon)...which then led to another change...FT staff deleting multiple usernames and the threads they start.

Just my opinion from what I was able to learn and read over the past 1/2 year.
