Having recently been, I felt I'd seen most of the sights in the city centre in about a day and a half (and that was at a very leisurely pace due to the heat). There are likely trips outside the city, of course including the tunnels, but I get the impression that 2-3 days would be plenty enough. Do you have plans to move in and explore other parts of the country? If so perhaps you could extend that part.
