Is this a work trip and if so do you have a budget? I ask because to get the best price you will need to stay a Saturday night. If work is paying you may have more leeway with your dates and route.
Something like XXX-LHR-IAD-NYC-BOS return would generally do the trick. The issue is finding I fares and availability only ~9 days in advance. MAD looks like a possibility but it would be good to know your budget first.
