It's typically a 747 overnight, so good for First and CW, compared to legacy AA.

The only exception I can think of is that AA do run a daytime service from ORD to London, and if you don't need to do any serious sleeping then that's a good way to travel, particularly if you are otherwise prone to jet lag. It runs a bit later than the other day time services from BOS and JFK, at 09:00 hrs or thereabouts, so you don't have to be up at the crack of dawn either.
