For a delay, you are entitled to EUR600 plus meals/accommodation/incidentals

You are not entitled to consequential amounts

If you did then write back simply stating that you have been waiting 2 months and that you require payment within 7 days of the EUR600 under the regulation or that you will initiate proceedings. Wait 14 days and if no satisfactory response, intitate a claim and will get paid eligible compensation within 30 days
