+1. You can also go back to your original itinerary, find the flights and then search for them on the website of AC or the operating carrier and see whether they've changed the flight. But...

As common as glitches in the AC/Aeroplan web systems are, the problem Sean mentions is quite common and I would be concerned about that. So I would check immediately and if everything is fine like it was for Marlin240, great, and if you need to rebook something, you can get it taken care of right away. Personally, I'd rather search online first to figure out whether there's a problem than wait around on hold.
