Bravofly not providing itemised invoice

Hi, I'd like a bit of advice on how to deal with Bravofly's customer service.

I bought a ticket from VCE to BKK a while back, travelling in November. Since then the schedule has changed no less than 5 times.

I've decided I don't want to travel. I have been told I can get a refund "according to the airlines rules" - in this case Etihad.

So I understand from reading Etihad's terms that most of the fare will not be refundable, but the taxes will be. I asked Bravofly for an itemised invoice showing breakdown of various taxes and fuel duties, but they refuse. They say the only invoice they can give me is one containing just the total price paid.

I have asked repeatedly. The problem is I have no way of working out the taxes and therefore what I am entitled to as a refund. And on a tickets of £280 they have offered £28 back - which clearly is much less than the tax portion. I would be surprised at the price I paid if nearly the fare was more than £28!

How can I go about finding the breakdown of my flight cost and therefore requesting the appropriate refund? Do they not have a legal obligation to provide a breakdown showing taxes and duties paid?
