Hubby and I are flying home to SFO on F from SIN-HKG-SFO in a week or so. The first leg is on A380 which we're ecstatic about so naturally want to make the most of it by requesting a flight attendant for a tour of the plane as we've never even seen, much less flown, an A380. Getting to visit the cockpit would be the cherry on top.
Just want to report back that I did not ask flight attendants for a visit to the flight deck. Hubby was not feeling well and we didn't want to "wait" after we landed. We did get a tour of the A380. Very nice with business class seats/economy on upper deck and new premium cabin directly behind F suite cabin. Flight attendants were superstars on the flight and gave us a pair of SQ bears
Beds in suites were extremely comfortable but overall cabin felt a bit cramped because of the walls/doors. Preferred the openess of the 77W on HKG-SFO leg.
