Guys, long-time HK resident and heavy user of Asia Miles wondering something I should've asked ages ago.

Any ways for me to:

1.) Pay mortgage with a credit card?
2.) Pay residential rent with a credit card?
3.) Pay commercial rent with a credit card?

If so, does it need to be certain networks (ie, Amex, Visa, MC, etc?). Originally I was naively thinking I'd love to put these charges on my Cathay Pacific Amex. But after finally digesting much of this thread realizing I'm not even using the best card.

Update:
If it matters, I can acquire both US and Hong Kong-based credit cards.
