Tickets are separate transactions except where a companion cert is used. Just call and say 'Only Ms. xxx is traveling in this party of two. Please cancel the other ticket.' On the typical non-refundable fare you're not due a refund but funds after the change fee can be used by the cancelled traveller within a year of original ticketing, unless Momma Delta feels generous.
