So it looks like they just totally forgot to levy YQ; checking other dates around the same time period shows the exact same *fare* and taxes, but with a YQ over $500.

Seems pretty open and shut to me should AC choose to contest. The fare is perfectly fine so no *mistake fare* occurred, right?
