Are there any non-AA OW carriers that either don't require or don't enforce a requirement for flights on their own metal?

I've already got my EXP/Emerald renewed and have a fair amount of premium travel booked for the rest of the year, but it's all on AA/US. Only other OW carrier I've flown this year is LAN, but those segments credited to AA.

Looking to wind up Sapphire for domestic US lounge access. Will easily qualify via BA but for the 4 BA segment requirement. Am I out of luck?
