Yes! Bag returned Saturday night with all contents in place. Was hoping for a $20 with a "sorry" note from the DM, but it worked well and I like the delta outsource bag delivery (wheresmysuitcase.com). Very cool to track the driver in the app as well.
Delta stopped using them in NYC (but when my bag was delayed, Delta's website still pointed to them for more information).
