We made rez. at the Inn at Darden on the UV campus yesterday. Many of the hotels were booked because it's a football weekend. The Inn looks charming (a refurbished dorm I think) and was only $127 + tax for a king room.

Should be a great trip. Never enough days. That will force us to come back though.
