IMO, you can do a lot better travelling from East Coast to London and from there to Ireland. AA, UA, LH, etc... have fares ranging from $250-350 for return trips to London. And from London it's pretty cheap to get to Ireland by whatever means you choose. $695 seems way too overpriced to me but then again I never fly out of TN.
