Since Aer Lingus doesn't leave from TN, I figured the cheapest way would be fly Southwest from BNA to BWI and then from BWI catch Aer Lingus out to Ireland.

Thanks for the help everyone, I let you know what I decide to do. The trip isn't for another 6 months anyhow.
