I started to answer and bailed. Most of the questions on the first evaluation page were about my interactions with program representatives in my favorite program. I've never had any. I've had interactions with hotel staff from General Manager to Director of Guest Experiences, to say nothing of front desk, lounge, and other staff, but not with anyone who works for the program itself. All these questions, and probably others in pages I didn't get to, need an N/A answer option.
