This is applicable, and is what the pax is telling me. So:
Surname: NAME1
First name: NAME2
Leaving NAME3 and NAME4 out of the equation. The check in staff at the airport can always add it if they really want to. I only asked as I needed the List of Travellers document to match the ticket/passport too, and the deadline for that is tomorrow to get it processed in time. I will do the same as above on that.
Hopefully the List of Travellers scheme will still exist in two weeks time - even if Schengen appears to have fallen apart.
