Their contributions are already limited by the PM limit.
I'm not saying I don't think they should be able to post more than 5 times a day, I'm saying they shouldn't be able to
start more than 5 threads a day for a limited period of time.
But it was just a thought after I saw 25 threads started by a seriel spammer only to come back the next day and do it all again.
