Knowledge of junior check-in agents who may believe they know better are another issue. It should not be a problem normally.
It is more confusing for me as Name2 is my surname

Okay, thanks, will do what the student has said and put NAME1 as the surname, and NAME2/3/4 as the given names. Will do this on the "list of travellers" scheme too as we are doing this instead of getting a Schengen visa.
