Not sure if it applies but in my case in my passport:

FIRST1 FIRST2 LAST1 LAST2

On my bookings I write it as

LAST1LAST2FIRST1/MR

So I simply combine the two last name parts (no spaces) and only use my first given name. The rest, who cares ?
