You posted something that was incorrect. I (sarcastically) advised you of your error. Nothing more, nothing less. It wasn't really argumentative because there isn't an argument to be had. Profit-sharing checks are taxed as earned income and grossing up salaries in lieu of giving a profit-sharing check will not change the total taxes paid by either the employee or the employer.
